I had the privilege of representing the American Meteorological Society at the University of Florida during the total solar eclipse watch party at the University of Florida’s observatory, where nearly 300 students and faculty gathered to experience the event.

In the days leading up to the eclipse, I delivered on-air forecasts for this historic event with WCJB TV20 News and later joined them for an interview during the watch party. At the same time, I was working with FOX Weather researching national filming locations (even months in advance) to support their coverage of the eclipse across the country!
